There are tons of the Linked variations for the simple product page at WordPress plugin repository. But those are not fully compatible with the Bricks builder theme. BricksUltimate integrated this feature natively for the bricks builder.
Therefore you can directly generate the linked variations for the simple products from the Bricks builder editor. Main advantage is that you can see the preview on the builder editor and customise the design from there.
Steps
Make sure that installed and activated the BricksUltimate addon on your site. Now follow this:
- Click on the Bricks -> BricksUltimate and go to the MISC tab.
- Enable the Linked Variations option
- Click on the Save Changes button
Now you will get the new sub-menu “Linked Variation” under Bricks -> BricksUltimate menu at your dashboard.
After this, you should create some attributes and terms from the Products -> Attributes page like colour, size, storage, etc.
Now you add the simple product or edit the existing simple products. There is the Attributes tab under the Product Data metabox. You will set the attributes like attached image.
Therefore you go to the Bricks -> BricksUltimate -> Linked Variations and click on “Add New” button.
- Enter title
- Choose your linked products
- Choose the attributes
- Do the other adjustments as per your need
- Click on Publish button
Make your that you are using the Bricks builder theme and created the Single Product template with this builder. Open the Single Product template on the bricks editor and add the Linked Variations element on the canvas. Adjust the element settings as per your need and save the template. That’s it.
