This element tracks the total cart item number and price. It is a flexible element and you can place it in any place like the top header, header right column, sidebar, etc.
Minimum Requirements
Make sure that you already installed and activated the following plugin on your site:
- WooCommerce Plugin
- Bricks Builder
Activate The Element
At first, you will activate the Cart Counter element from your Dashboard -> Bricks -> BricksUltimate page. Under the Woo tab, you will get all WooCommerce-related elements. Select the Cart Counter element among them and save the settings. Now element is activated and ready to use.
Main Options
- Hide when the cart is empty?: If you turn on this option, the cart counter button will not show when the cart is empty. By default, it is off.
- Count based on: There are two options: Number of Items and Number of Quantities. Counter calculates based on the selected option.
- Call to action: It has 3 types of trigger events.
- None: when you select the “None” option, you can connect it with other elements like off-canvas, popup builder, etc.
- Show Dropdown(Hover/Click): A drop-down or popup box will appear on mouse hover or click. When you select this option, the element will convert to a nested element. As an example, if you put the mini cart builder element there, it shows the mini cart on hover or click. See the image below:
- Link to URL: You can add the custom URL also. After clicking on the cart counter button, the site will redirect to that URL.
